DIC GROUP ORGANIZES MANY ACTIVITIES TO CELEBRATE CHILDREN'S DAY 1/6

Sharing the joyful atmosphere to welcome International Children's Day 1/6 and respond to the Month of Action for Children in 2024, on the morning of June 1^st, 2024, the Trade Union in collaboration with the Youth Union of DIC Group organized a Children's Day with the theme "Practical actions, prioritizing resources for children" & Commending outstanding students for the 2023-2024 academic year at Greenfield Farmstay (Ba Ria City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province). The program created a meaningful June 1^st with lots of joy for the children of DIC Group's employees.

Attending the program were: Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Nhung – Chairwoman of DIC Group's Trade Union; Ms. Bui Thi Thanh Phuong – Head of the Women's Department of DIC Group; Mr. Le Xuan Ngoc – Secretary of the Grassroots Youth Union; Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh Thuy – Deputy Secretary of the Grassroots Youth Union and more than 150 children who are children of DIC Group's employees.

At Greenfield Farmstay, the children were excited to participate in many interesting games such as: horseback riding, swimming together, farming experience, harvesting clean vegetables, visiting and making hot noodles by themselves...

Children participate in teambuilding activities

On this occasion, the DIC Group Trade Union commended 87 outstanding students with high academic achievements in the 2023-2024 school year. The reward is to encourage and motivate the children – the future owners of the country to continue to promote the results achieved to strive for even higher achievements in the upcoming journey.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Nhung – Chairwoman of DIC Group's Trade Union shared: "Children's Day 1/6 is an annual activity of DIC Group. The festival not only provides a space for children to play and interact in a joyful and warm atmosphere, but also shows the deep concern of the Board of Directors, Trade Union, and Youth Union of DIC Group to the children of the staff and employees. Thereby, increasing motivation, attachment and enthusiasm."

Within the framework of the program, the children came to give 92 gifts (worth 300,000 VND/gift) to the children being cared for at the Center for Social Work and Child Protection of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. This is a meaningful activity, with high humanity, joining hands to help and share with children who do not have conditions in life.
