In the afternoon of April 7th, the DIC Group Trade Union held its V Congress of Deputies, term 2023-2028. Attending and directing the Congress, on the side of representatives of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, there were: Comrade Nguyen Thi Thuy Le - Member of the Party Personnel Committee of the Ministry of Construction, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, President of the Vietnam Construction Union; Comrade Pham Xuan Hai – Vice Chairman of Vietnam Construction Union; Comrade Dang Ngoc Diep – Head of the Inspection Organization Committee. On the side of DIC Group representatives: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen – Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Pham Van Thai – Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Van Tung – Deputy General Director. The Congress also welcomed the participation of representatives of IDICO, CC1, FICO Trade Unions; Chairman of DIC Group Trade Union for the term I, II, III; and 150 delegates representing the will, beliefs and aspirations of 2,070 DIC Group trade union members.

Mr. Nguyen Thi Thuy Le - Chairman of Vietnam Construction Union gave a directive speech at the Congress
The Congress summarized and evaluated the results achieved; point out the shortcomings and limitations; at the same time, draw lessons learned in implementing the Resolution of the IV DIC Group Trade Union Congress; Decide on objectives, task directions and solutions for the implementation of the labor movement and trade union activities for the term 2023 - 2028; Contribute comments to the draft document of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union Congress.
In addition, with a high sense of responsibility, delegates actively discussed and participated in many quality opinions on the presented report. The meeting received 3 comments from the 1st DIC CPC; DIC Tourism CPC and DICcons CPC have proposed a number of solutions to effectively organize trade unions in the new term.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Mr. Pham Van Thai – Deputy General Director warmly praised the results that DIC Group Trade Union has achieved in the term 2017-2023. In the period of 2023 - 2028, DIC Group Trade Union will continue to innovate the content and methods of organizing activities to strongly arouse the capacity and creative thinking of the workforce and trade union members, contributing worthily to the production and business results of the Corporation.
