DIC GROUP NAMED IN THE TOP50 CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY AWARDS 2026

As sustainable development increasingly becomes a benchmark for corporate competitiveness, striking a balance between business performance and social responsibility is now widely seen as the foundation for long-term growth. Having stayed true to this direction for more than three decades, Development Investment Construction J.S Corporation (DIC Group) has been honored at the "TOP50 Corporate Sustainability Awards 2026 (Top 50 CSA)," in the "Outstanding CSR Activities" category.

Over more than 36 years of development, DIC has dedicated resources to a range of long-term, practical social welfare initiatives. The company regularly organizes charitable programs, supports people facing hardship, awards scholarships to students overcoming difficult circumstances, honors those who have contributed to the revolution, and works alongside local governments on natural disaster recovery efforts.

One of the standout initiatives is the "DIC: Building Homes" program, under which 35 houses were built and handed over to families facing hardship. Beyond providing immediate support, the program aims to help these families achieve greater stability, gradually improve their livelihoods, and build a more sustainable future.

Its "Green Building" program has been rolled out at multiple urban developments, engaging residents through environmental clean-up efforts, landscape improvement, and tree planting. These activities are helping create greener living spaces, raise environmental awareness, and build more civil, connected resident communities.
