DIC GROUP HOLDS WORKING SESSION WITH NOMURA REAL ESTATE VIETNAM

July 17^th, 2025 – DIC Group held a productive working session with Nomura Real Estate Vietnam to explore investment cooperation opportunities for several urban development projects under DIC's portfolio. The meeting marked a promising step toward collaboration between two developers aligned in their commitment to sustainable growth and long-term vision for Vietnam's real estate market.

During the discussions, both parties exchanged insights on their respective capabilities, ongoing projects, and development strategies for 2025–2030. DIC Group representatives highlighted their expertise in large-scale urban development, emphasizing integrated infrastructure and strategic investment approaches.

As part of the agenda, Nomura’s leadership conducted site visits to selected DIC projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai.
