DIC GROUP FULFILLS FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS FOR LAM HA CENTER POINT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

On March 28th, 2025, DIC Group (HoSE: DIG) successfully fulfilled its land-related financial obligations for the Lam Ha Center Point Residential Project located in Phu Ly City, Ha Nam Province. Amid ongoing real estate market challenges, the prompt payment of land use fees demonstrates the Group’s financial strength, operational efficiency, and commitment to project timelines.

 

Notably, the financial obligation was completed within just 10 days following the official approval of the land pricing. This reflects DIC’s thorough preparation and proactive approach. The move has not only reinforced DIC’s reputation in the real estate sector but also paved the way for effective execution of its development and business strategies for 2025.

Earlier, on March 18th, 2025, the Ha Nam Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 459/QD-UBND approving the land use rights value for residential purposes (including adjacent houses, villas, and commercial townhouses) under the Lam Ha Center Point project. This marks a significant milestone, completing the project’s core legal documentation and reflecting strong support from local authorities.

As of now, the Lam Ha Center Point Residential Project has completed all required legal procedures, including:

  • Approval of the revised 1/500 detailed planning;
  • Investor selection confirmation;
  • Confirmation of completed land clearance compensation;
  • Allocation of 100% of the project land;
  • Approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment report;
  • Evaluation and approval of the Feasibility Study Report;
  • Fulfillment of financial obligations for land use.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin, CEO of DIC Group, shared: “Completing the financial obligations is a decisive step that unlocks the potential for accelerating the Lam Ha Center Point Project. In the second quarter of 2025, DIC will proceed with project transfer and record the business results.”

Strategically located on the main road of Dien Bien Phu (65–68 meters wide), Lam Ha Center Point is part of the Bac Chau Giang Urban Area Plan. Covering 13.56 hectares with a total investment of VND 2,115 billion, the project will provide high-quality living space for around 2,476 residents. It includes 106 shophouses, 32 villas, 90 adjacent houses, and a commercial center with a 15–20 story apartment complex. With its comprehensive planning and modern amenities, Lam Ha Center Point is expected to shape a new urban landscape for Phu Ly City, boost local economic growth, and enhance residents' quality of life.
