Following its initial recognition in 2024, DIC Group entered 2025 with comprehensive enhancements in human resource management, reinforcing its people-centered approach to sustainable development.

The HR management system has been modernized and standardized to improve efficiency and transparency. Compensation and benefits have been flexibly adjusted, including competitive salaries, health insurance, and supplementary welfare packages for employees’ families.
