DIC GROUP CELEBRATES 35TH ANNIVERSARY

Recently, in Vung Tau City, DIC Group solemnly held its 35th-anniversary celebration (May 26, 1990 – May 26, 2025).

The 35th-anniversary ceremony marked a significant milestone in DIC’s remarkable growth in the real estate sector. Starting as a small unit under the Ministry of Construction, DIC has steadily risen to become one of Vietnam’s Top 10 Most Reputable Real Estate Developers. With total assets reaching VND 18,910 billion and charter capital of VND 6,099 billion, DIC possesses strong financial capabilities—a solid foundation for achieving long-term sustainable development goals.

Beyond honoring its growth journey, the event also paid deep tribute to the late Chairman Nguyen Thien Tuan, the founder who dedicated his passion and intellect to lay the foundation for DIC’s strong brand today. The values he instilled—from business philosophy and corporate culture to community commitment—will continue guiding DIC now and in the future.

Overview of the event

"The Evergreen Symphony"—the celebration’s theme—harmonized the founder’s legacy with the aspirations of the next generation. It symbolized continuity, faith in sustainable growth, responsibility, and prosperity.

The ceremony was structured as a special artistic program in two parts:

• "The Conductors of Rhythm" featured LED-interactive dance performances, sound and light effects, and a documentary film, "A Lifetime of Building," depicting the life and career of the late Chairman Nguyen Thien Tuan.
• "The Rising Green Note" honored 49 long-serving employees and representatives from DIC’s member companies.
  
  

At the event, DIC Group was honored to receive commendations from the People’s Committees of Vinh Phuc, Thanh Hoa, Quang Binh, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Dong Nai, and Hau Giang—provinces where DIC has invested in key real estate projects. This recognition reflects DIC’s efforts in aligning economic growth with social responsibility. From 2020–2024 alone, the Group contributed over VND 1,550 billion to the state budget and actively participated in community initiatives, including building charity houses, awarding scholarships to underprivileged students, pandemic relief, and disaster support. These actions have improved living standards and spread humanitarian values nationwide.

Earlier that day, DIC Group opened the "Evergreen Symphony" exhibition—an artistic space showcasing its 35-year journey through images, archives, and inspirational messages. The exhibition featured two main zones:

• "Pioneer’s Legacy"—a tribute to the late Chairman Nguyen Thien Tuan.
• "Golden Milestones"—highlighting DIC’s achievements, ESG efforts, corporate culture, and Party-Union activities.
