DIC CORP COOPERATES WITH SUNGROUP TO DEVELOP AN THOI URBAN AREA PROJECT

On July 21, 2017, DIC Corp received enterprise registration certificate to establish Phu Quoc Urban Development Joint Stock Company, which was issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Kien Giang Province on June 27, 2017.

This is a company established by both DIC Corp and Phu Quoc Solar Co., Ltd to invest in An Thoi Urban Area (Phu Quoc District, Kien Giang Province) under investment cooperation contract. The company’s charter capital is 750 billion, of which DIC Corp contributed VND50 billion - equivalent to 6.67% of charter capital. The company is located at Floor 2, Phu Quoc Sun Home Building, Quarter 6, An Thoi Town, Phu Quoc District, Kien Giang Province, Vietnam.

It is known that Phu Quoc Solar Co., Ltd is a member of Sungroup Group- the owner of many real estate projects in Phu Quoc. Recognizing the potential of real estate development in Phu Quoc Island, Sun Group has proactively cooperated with DIC Corp in order to develop An Thoi Urban Area.
