COOPERATION AGREEMENT SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN DIC AND PVI

In the morning of September 18^th, 2017 Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp) and PVI Insurance Corporation (PVI) signed a cooperation agreement marking a new development in the relationship between the two companies.

Attending the signing ceremony, on DIC side, there were Mr. Nguyen Thien Tuan - Chairman of DIC Corp; Members of the Board of Directors and DIC Corp's specialized departments. On PVI side, there were Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of PVI; Mr. Truong Quoc Lam - PVI's General Director and members of PVI's Board of Directors.

With more than 21 years of experience in the insurance industry, PVI is considered as the number one industrial insurer in Vietnam. PVI is now focusing on becoming a Financial Institutions - International Insurance. The equity of PVI has grown more than 300 times from VND 22 billion to over VND 6,500 billion. The capital structure has had a qualitative change with the participation of prestigious foreign shareholders.

Under the agreement, DIC Corp and PVI will cooperate in appropriate forms from time to time to increase their economic benefits and management effectiveness. Specifically, DIC creates favorable conditions and gives priority to PVI to introduce and provide insurance services for assets and works in DIC complex. In contrast, PVI will provide insurance consulting services and risk management, quality assurance, maximum cost savings in accordance with international practice and the provisions of Vietnamese law. In addition, PVI will use services, invest in projects, disseminate capacity and information of DIC to PVI's customers.
