Owning a prime location right at the gateway of VungTau city, the ​​Northern Vung Tau New Urban Area is considered as a symbol of the city with the goal of bringing a modern, spacious and innovative image, welcoming worldwide travelers to visit Vung Tau. The large housing fund can accommodate up to 20,000 people. The project is the realization of DIC Corp's goal of creating a new look for the city.

The intersection of 2 main national road No. 51B and 51C in the North is planned to become an important urban landscape – Northern Vung Tau New Urban Area. Location

The Northern Vung Tau New Urban Area is located at the gateway of Vung Tau City, adjacent to the important routes of the city including National Road No. 51B, 51C and Vung Tau - Long Hai coastal street.

The project is also a traffic connection with Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Long Hai - Binh Chau - Phan Thiet coastal tourism routes ... Furthermore, the population density here is rather sparse, so it is convenient for site clearance. According to the approved planning, this place will become a modern new urban area with full of service utilities and technical infrastructure system and social infrastructure invested synchronously.

By 2016, the project has been approved by the competent authority on the detailed planning 1/500 scale, basic design and investment project construction.

Currently, DIC Corp is completing investment approval procedures in accordance with the Housing Law. The project has demarcated the project boundary according to regulations and made a compensation plan for the entire project.

In 2017, the project will complete the procedures for approval of investment preparation and engineering design. In addition, the work of compensation and clearance is also accelerated.
